As an institution that holds great historical significance, the State Library of Victoria offers essential services to a diverse range of people; a key factor which informed the design for my suite of pictograms. I employed thin line weights, a consistent grid system and rounded strokes to establish legible and harmonious icons that would be easily understood by the diverse community who use the library.
